Temptation #1....

Not a huge thing.... but we had a leadership meeting last night around 10:00. Everyone was trying to decide what to do about "food".... "Do we want to order Pizza? Wendy's? What does everyone want to eat?" People ended up just having PB&J b/c no one was real motivated to go pick up the pizza. They offered bags of Smart Menu chips, and they had chips and salsa out...I looked at the label... as I was looking at it, I realized I really wasn't hungry anyways, so I didn't eat any. Yeah! Good Choice #1!! :)

Now... this morning... hum... today is REALLY the "OFFICIAL START DAY". I just took my 2 Slimmetry, 1 Glucose, 1 Carb Blocker, 1 Invisaviber.... your suppose to wait 20-30 minutes before your meal so those can get in your system, so I have 10 minutes to go until I have my breakfast. IF you are following along with the new Trim Body System book, you know what I'm having for breakfast.... the Shake! :) - 1 1/2 cup berries (i'm doing blueberries), 1 cup skim milk (i have soy from the biz), 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp flaxseed. I don't have the flaxseed yet b/c I'm ordering that through the business. Then after that, Snack is suppose to follow 2-3 hours later.

Today is kinda unique because I don't have to work today and am off.... so I definitely have a bit more freedom. Today I have to unpack from my trip and get all my laundry ready for Sherrie to do tomorrow (every Tuesday Sherrie comes to do our laundry, fold and put it away! What a great blessing!!!).

Well... my day begins.... will keep ya'll updated and fill you in on stuff I learned as we go.....
