Today was a great day.... still 80+ emails to get caught up with at work... but good! Eating healthy and actually eating those things called "fruits & vegetables" really makes a difference! Tyler was even telling me that he feels better. He's lost several pounds already and clothes are fitting him better!
The meals really are great! Tonight I had the "Fish-In-Foil" meal. It was SUPER! :) Very yummy. I also "Vacuum-Sealed" 2 servings, so we'll be able to have them next month and I won't have to make them! YEAH! I've done that on any of the recipes that were for 4-6 servings, I vacuum-sealed them in 1 or 2 serving bags for easy meals next month! :)
I did the 4-3-2-1 tonight! WOW! Literally... went so hard, a few times my legs really did go weak and almost buckled over! Great workout!! Gotta head to bed though... have an early morning.
TIP OF THE DAY:
Take your Double X vitamins WITH your meals... (ie: breakfast and dinner). Call it an iron-stomach, but I have never been in the habit of taking Double X with meals, I always took it on an empty stomach when I brushed my teeth in the morning and before bed. Taking it with a meal allows your body to better absorb the Vitamins, Minerals and Phytonutrients better, rather than taking it on an empty stomach.
